2011 Strawberry and Asparagus Festival

Summer is fast approaching and what better way to eliminate your cabin fever than to join us for first annual Snappin’ Asparagus and Strawberry Jam festival hosted by Branstrator Farm on May 21 and 22. Come celebrate the beginning of the growing season with plenty of fresh asparagus and pick your own strawberries. This is a free family friendly event where you can find fun activities and events such as farm walking tours, live animals, gardening kits, face painting, and arts and crafts.

Branstrator Farm enjoys collaborating with local businesses to provide our guests with the opportunity to experience the Clinton County Community. Here you will find non-profits raising awareness, vendors and other farms selling their unique products, and the talented artists of Clinton County live coming together to provide for you a wide range of activities and a sincere sense of community.

Chef Dan Berger will be joining us to prepare asparagus pasta cooked to order and a strawberry ice cream dish made with fresh produce from the farm. Sit on the dock of the pond and enjoy the farm landscape while

sipping on a strawberry daiquiri prepared by Clinton County Open Lands made with homegrown

Branstrator berries.
