Produce Harvest Markets

StrawberryOur production starts with high quality composted soil. We use only the best nursery stock and seed to plant. Our plants are then maintained using Integrated Pest Management, which uses crop scouting, determining damage thresholds, and then using the least toxic and disruptive treatment available.

Crops grown and availability:

  • Asparagus: mid April - JulyDSCF4005
  • Strawberries: mid May - last week of June
  • Currants & Gooseberries: June
  • Blackberries: July - August
  • Red & Black Raspberries:
  • Staked Red, Yellow and Small Tomatoes:
  • Peaches: July – September
  • Winter squash: September – January
  • Pumpkins, Winter Squash & Gourds: September – November
  • Corn, Soy, Wheat

The farm also produces strawberry tips and plugs for bi-annual hill culture berries. Straw bales are available year round at the self-service store.
